Help with Bike Ops
Bike Ops is repair shop software for independent bike mechanics and small shops. Choose the path below depending on whether you run a shop or you are a customer of a shop that uses Bike Ops.
For bike shops and staff
Use this section if you signed up for Bike Ops, manage a shop workspace, or use the Bike Ops app on iPhone or iPad.
Open the web app or mobile app with the email and password for your shop account.
Your workspace URL looks like yourshop.bikeops.co.
Questions about billing, onboarding, bugs, or how the platform works? Email us and include your shop name and workspace subdomain if you have one.
Use the chat button in the lower-right corner of this page to reach the Bike Ops team about shop software. We usually reply within a few hours on business days.
For customers
If you booked a repair, received a text or email from a shop, or use the Bike Ops customer app, your bike shop—not Bike Ops—is responsible for your repair, pickup times, pricing, and service questions.
- Reply to the shop using the phone number, email, or chat thread they provided.
- Open repair status or payment links from messages the shop sent you.
- To sign in to the customer app, use the magic-link email login from your shop; Bike Ops does not issue customer passwords.
- For SMS updates, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for standard help text from your provider.
If you are unsure which shop to contact, check the name on your booking confirmation, receipt, or status page.

- Free trial and billing: New shops start with a 14-day free trial, then $39.99/month. Manage your subscription after signing in at app.bikeops.co.
- Payments and Tap to Pay: Card payments run through Stripe. Tap to Pay on iPhone requires a supported device and Stripe Terminal setup in your shop settings.
- Push notifications: Allow notifications in iOS settings if you want job and chat alerts on the Bike Ops app.
